Our Story:

Recuerdo Productions has been a dream of mine since 2019. I had conceived an idea of a video marketing agency specializing in content creation for small businesses. In my later years of college, I decided that it was time to focus on building my future and pursuing my dreams. I bought my first camera and decided to start my business under the name Recuerdo Productions.

The name was inspired by my family farm in Colombia which is called: Finca El Recuerdo.

I chose this name to honor my Colombian-American heritage and to honor my grandparents’ memory. Recuerdo Productions is more than just a video marketing agency, it’s a legacy. It is the byproduct of the hard work of my ancestors who came from nothing and gave my family the chance to make a name for themselves.

Our first unofficial client was Perez Tire Shop In Aurora IL. Balancing Recuerdo Productions with school and my job proved to be a challenge. Nevertheless, perseverance and love for the industry motivated me to keep learning and meeting new faces so I could put Recuerdo Productions out there. We are a small business, but ever growing and full of passion.
